Oleg Cross is an award-winning trial attorney. A graduate of Duke University School of Law, Mr. Cross honed his legal skills at Cooley LLP – the nation's premier law firm. There, he represented Fortune 500 companies and individuals in a broad range of complex litigation matters, including high-stakes cases, in which the amount in controversy exceeded $100 million. Since founding his own firm, Mr. Cross has used his experience representing large institutional clients to benefit ordinary people. His passion for helping people, strong work ethics, and expertise have translated into a vibrant and successful law practice. Today, he helps people who are injured, accident victims, and families who suffered a loss, to name a few. His commitment, professionalism, and dedication to his work have earned him praises from his clients and numerous legal awards and recognition.

In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Cross’s clients commend his dedication to their causes and his drive to get them results.  Having had close friends and family members affected by serious injuries caused by the negligence of others, he understands the profound effects an injury can have on a victim and their family, and has made it a mission to represent injured victims against well-funded insurance carriers and corporations.

Oleg Cross is a father of two.  He is active in the legal community and volunteers his time and efforts to many organizations.  In 2009, he received a Distinguished Service Award from the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program for his work on behalf of indigent clients.

Mr. Cross is a motorcycle enthusiast, and uses his riding and legal experience to represent riders harmed due to the negligence of others.
